Jackson State Community College’s Intramural Sports program is open to all currently enrolled students as well as faculty and staff. The intramural sports program provides students with opportunities for individual and team competition. Intramurals are intended to provide enjoyment and physical recreation during the student's college career without the stress of intercollegiate athletics. JSCC offers traditional sports such as flag football, indoor soccer, and basketball as well as non-traditional sports and events such as disc golf, dodgeball, kickball, and ultimate Frisbee.
All intramural sports are free. A signed liability waiver must be turned into the Intramural Coordinator’s Office, located in the gymnasium, room P-40 before a student can participate.
If you have any questions, please contact Tyson Malik via email, or call 731-424-3520 x50215.
How to sign up for team events and/or tournaments
Students will organize their own teams with one of their players chosen as a captain to represent them. Students without a team will be added to a free agent list to be added to an existing team or form a team with other free agents. Check back for future event and time postings.
