Duties
- Assist provider in office and provide patient care
Qualifications
- Must be LPN licensed in the State of TN or graduate of a Medical Assistant program with MA certification
- BLS required
- Must have a valid Tennessee driver's license and reliable transportation

Applications may be pick up at: 828 North Parkway, Jackson, TN 38305 - Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. We ask that you wear a mask when entering the building. Upon entering the building, please use the lobby phone to call the Human Resource Dept. to receive/return you application. Applications can be completed off site and returned to our 828 North Parkway location.
