Contact Center Agent (Part-time)

Duties

  • Provides courteous, prompt service to patients in scheduling and rescheduling appointments
  • Triaging and routing calls appropriately
  • Creating electronic tasks to appropriate care provider
  • High volume of telephone activity
  • Data entry
  • Verifying insurance and setting up new accounts
  • Creating tasks in the Electronic Health Record

Qualifications

  • Good typing skills and computer knowledge required
  • Oral communication skills required to helpfully interact positively, efficiently, and courteously with diverse patient populations
  • Medical terminology course and/or extensive telephone experience preferred
  • Previous scheduling experience preferred

Hours: Part-time - Alternate Biweekly - One Week Monday - Friday 2:30 pm - 8:00 pm and next week Monday, Tuesday & Friday 2:30 pm - 8:00 pm & Saturday 9:00 am - 3:00 pm
