Academic Assistance Center Tutoring
We offer as much tutoring in as many disciplines as we are able to enlist tutors and as finances allow. We provide tutoring in Math (Developmental and non-developmental), Sciences, Literature, Business, Nursing, Computer software, and Spanish.

The Tutoring Program is certified as Level III by the College Reading and Learning Association or CRLA. This is an international board of certification for tutoring programs. First a program must meet certain criteria to be certified, and then the tutors can work toward certification on three levels: I, II, and/or III.
There were over 2000 30-minute tutoring sessions tutoring in the fall of 2003 and over 3000 in the spring of 2004. This is the total amount of tutoring done on the main campus and the two off-campus sites.
