College-by-Video Testing

  1. READ SYLLABUS CAREFULLY. A copy of each syllabus is on file in the AAC for emergency use only. A copy may be made at student's expense.
  2. BRING PICTURE ID TO EVERY TEST. Example: JSCC ID, driver's license, work badge, etc.
  3. **While testing, you will be required to leave personal items, such as phones, book bags, books, papers, coats, caps, and purses at the desk.
  4. Put Name, CWID #, test number, and testing site on all papers. Read and follow the instructor's directions carefully.
  5. Call your instructor if you have questions relative to term papers or homework. Do not expect the AAC Staff to interpret the instructor's directions.
  6. Contact your instructor if you are unable to take a test during designated time. No test may be taken late without the instructor's permission.
  7. Make arrangements to leave children elsewhere while testing.
  8. Bring pen and/or pencil for testing.
  9. Notify records office and instructor of any change of name, address and/or phone number. It is very important for these to be accurate. A blue form is available.
  10. In reference to DVDs:
    1. Return DVDs to the testing site. If there are problems with the DVDs, please returnthe entire set for replacement.
    2. DVDs MUST BE RETURNED TO BE ELIGIBLE TO TAKE THE FINAL.
    3. IF A COURSE IS DROPPED, DVDs MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 10 WORKING DAYS, OR A $30.00 LATE FEE WILL BE PLACED ON THE STUDENT'S RECORDS.

If it is inconvenient to return DVDs to a testing site, you may mail them (Attention: AAC) or drop them in the library book receptacles. Please wrap securely if mailing.

A HOLD ON GRADES AND A $30.00 LATE FEE WILL BE IMPOSED FOR DVDs NOT RETURNED BY THE DATE GRADES ARE DUE IN THE RECORDS OFFICE AT THE END OF THE SEMESTER.

AAC HOURS:

7:30 A.M.—7:15 P.M. Monday through Thursday (must be started by 6:00.)

7:30 A.M.—4:15 P.M. Friday, (must be finished by 4:15)

(If testing in Lexington or Savannah, check for their testing hours.)
