** Required immunizations include MMR, Varicella, TDAP, and Hepatitis B vaccination series. (Note: The Hepatitis B series takes 7 months to complete and consists of 3 injections with the 2nd injection needed 1 month after the first, and the 3rd injection 5 months after the 2nd. The Varicella immunization requires 2 injections given 4 weeks apart.) Annual screening for TB must also be documented.

Transportation to and from clinical agencies will be the responsibility of the student. Travel to clinical agencies outside of the Jackson area on weekends or evenings may be required. In addition, evidence of health insurance may be required by clinical agencies.
