Who is eligible for Articulation?

To be eligible for Challenge Exams or Dual Credit , the student must earn an overall "C" average or higher.

Submit a signed Challenge Exam or Dual Credit Application to the Perkins IV office at Jackson State. Satisfactorily complete a proficiency/performance exam administered by the receiving postsecondary institution.

Easy Steps for Students

  1. Send yourChallenge Exam or Dual Credit Application and your transcript to the Perkins IV Office.
  2. When you are cleared, the Perkins IV Office will contact your technical instructor.
  3. Pass your exam(s) with the designated score.
  4. Enroll at JSCC and take 3 credit hours with JSCC.
