ACT Residual Test Dates

Required for degree-seeking students who are less than age 21 who have not taken the ACT before. The ACT Residual is used for placement in reading, English and math classes.
In order to sign up for an ACT Residual test date, your online college admission or readmission application for the term has to be processed and your need for testing verified. Feel free to check on the status of your application by contacting the Admissions Office.
To test, you must register in person. You may register on the main campus in the Assessment Center located in the Nelms Classroom Building, Rm. B15 or at the Savannah, Lexington or Humboldt campuses. Next, pay your fee in Business Services the same day you register . The registration deadline is always no later than noon the workday before the test. On test day, please bring receipt showing that you paid for the test and a valid photo ID. Only a valid driver's license, state photo ID or JSCC ID is accepted.
