Certified Clinical Medical Assistant Certificate

The Certified Clinical Medical Assistant Program is a 10-week, 60 clock hour program.  The program will combine classroom lecture, and practical hands-on simulated medical office and laboratory.  After completion of this program a student will receive a completion of course certificate and will be able to sit for the National Healthcareer Association test.  After passing the exam the student will become a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant.

Prerequisites:  To be eligible to enroll in this course students must have completed both a Phlebotomy Course and EKG Course here at Jackson State Community College or through a National Accredited Agency (paperwork showing credentials must be submitted prior to course).
