Withdrawal and Refund Policy
You must submit your request to withdraw to us in writing: either in person, by mail or fax (731-425-2641.) Failure to attend class does not imply withdrawal.
For any class, if we receive your written withdrawal by 8 a.m. at least five business days before the first class meeting, you will receive a full refund of the course fee, less a $50 processing charge. Please allow three to four weeks for processing of refunds.
Confirmed registrants who do not attend the class, or who cancel less then five business days before the first class meeting are responsible for the entire registration fee. You may send a substitute in your place if you cannot attend.
If you return any instructional materials you may have received in an unaltered and unmarked condition, no deduction will be made for them. If our materials have been altered or marked, their cost will be deducted from the refund.
