Courses are non-refundable if you do not attend without proper notificationBeginning Access 2003 & 2007:
In this class, participants will learn database concepts; explore the new Access 2007environment; plan and design databases; create, explore, and change the design tables. Participants will also learn how to find, edit, and organize records; create, edit, and use queries; create, edit, and use forms; and work with reports.
Beginning Excel 2003 & 2007:
Students will learn spreadsheet terminology; explore the Excel 2007 interface; navigate in the spreadsheet. Participants will also learn how to enter and edit information and graphics; save and update worksheets; modify a worksheet by moving and copying data and/or formulas; enter formulas; use the AutoSum function; format worksheets; print worksheets, and manage large workbooks.
Beginning Word 2003 & 2007:
Students taking this course will be introduced to the new Word 2007 interface. Participants will learn how to open new documents and navigate in the documents. There will also be instruction in editing and formatting text; creating tables; inserting headers, footers, and page breaks; adjusting margins; using spell check, grammar check, AutoCorrect, and working with graphics.
Intermediate Excel 2003 & 2007:
After a review of the concepts learned in Beginning Excel 2007, students will learn how to use multiple worksheets; how to link worksheets using 3-D formulas; and how to link workbooks. Participants will also learn about advanced formatting features, outlining and subtotals. They will learn how to create and use names; work with lists, tables, and advancedcharts. There will also be instruction on documenting, auditing, and working with templates and settings.
Intermediate Word 2003 & 2007:
After a brief overview of Beginning Word 2007, participants will learn how to use styles, create, and format sections; work with columns; and format tables. Students will also learn template basics, building blocks, and document properties; how to make document revisions; and become familiar with web features.
PowerPoint 2003 & 2007:
Explore the new PowerPoint 2007 environment by creating new presentations; adding new slides; saving and updating; using formatting change options; using WordArt, pictures, and clip art; creating tables, charts, and diagrams, and how to modify presentations.
