Darrell Uselton

Darrell is a recognized expert in the field of leadership training and is not afraid to challenge traditionally accepted norms of professional business practices. His programs provide honest self appraisals, while encouraging people to “be all they can be.” As a professional trainer with savvy business acumen, his workshops are highly charged and deliver strategies and concepts that can be applied immediately to help people and organizations meet their goals.

With more than 25 years of corporate administrative, management and college classroom instructional experience, Darrell has helped many organizations create a more positive corporate culture, while improving overall working relationships. He is an excellent collaborator and communicator with diverse populations and is highly organized with strong presentation skills.

Darrell has earned Certified Leadership Instructor designations through the International Business Training Association and the Phi Theta Kappa International Honors Society. He received his Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts degrees from the University of Memphis and has received both national and state teaching awards.
