Laura is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Employee Assistance Professional and a Family and Civil Mediator. She received her Bachelor’s degree from George Mason University and her Master’s degree from The George Washington University. Since 1989 Laura has provided Employee Assistance services to a variety of employers. As an EAP professional she conducts individual clinical services, organizational consultation, managerial coaching, and develops and delivers a variety of workplace and wellness trainings. Topics include Building Resiliency, Prevention of Violence in the Workplace and Substance Abuse in the Workplace. As a psychotherapist she provides counseling to individuals, couples and families. As a mediator Laura helps individuals and organizations negotiate family and civil disputes and reach a lasting resolution.
Laura partners with John Redden in, Stability.Growth Solutions, LLC and provides organizational development, strategic problem resolution, and customized training programs to enhance stability and enable growth in business.
