Workplace Solutions provides a number of assessments and tests to assist business and industry in the hiring or promotion process and also in analyzing training needs.
ACT WorkKeys® - We do job profiling and testing using ACT® certified profilers and the nationally known ACT® tests that are backed by years of studies and testing. We utilize both ACT WorkKeys® profiling and testing and have numerous clients that subscribe to these tests because they have recognized cost savings due to reduced turnover. Foundational skills assessments measure different applied job skills in the areas of communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

DDI® Needs Analysis:
We offer a free "Needs Analysis" for either your leadership group or your hourly associates. This needs analysis asked questions based on the current state and the desired state of your organization. We then analyze your responses to determine your training needs.
Differential Aptitude Tests®
Provided by the Psychological Corporation that deal with verbal reasoning, numerical ability, and mechanical reasoning; in addition our educational partners have numerous technical tests.
