In this course the participant will learn the ISO/TS16949:2002 standard in its entirety, how to process audit, understand compliance and non-compliance, understand terms and definitions. The participants will learn the significant impacts of the Quality Policy, Quality Objectives, Communication, Training, Effectiveness, Monitoring/Measuring, Corrective / Preventive Action, Management Review, etc.
