Due to flood damage at Oman Arena, Jackson State's graduation ceremony will take place at West Jackson Baptist Church at 580 Oil Well Rd. in Jackson. The ceremony will begin at 2 p.m. on Saturday, May 8 with music beginning at 1:30 p.m. State Senator Lowe Finney will be the keynote speaker.
