Coach Deron Hines Wins 200th Game

Jackson State Men's Basketball Coach Deron Hines reached a significant coaching milestone tonight, winning his 200th career game as a head coach. Coach Hines is in his 13th season as the Generals coach and sports a 200-113 record (.638 winning percentage). The win comes against conference opponent Volunteer State, 86-61, and marks the opening of conference play for Jackson State. 'This is a credit to the good players that we've had throughout the years, a lot of which have went on to play college and professional basketball', says Coach Hines.
