A.A.S., Jackson State Community College; B.S.M.E., University of Memphis.
Roger received his Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Memphis and an Associate Degree in Electromechanical Engineering Technology from Jackson State Community College. He has worked as reliability engineer and specifications engineer in the aerospace industry. He is a member of the ASQ (American Quality Society), the Instrumentation Society of America (ISA), the Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME) and National Association of Industrial Technology (NAIT). His versatility allows him to teach in many areas of Engineering Technology. Roger received his Certified Quality Technician, (CQT) through ASQ, March 3, 2007.
