Richard Skelton is a native West Tennessean. He has worked the last 16 years for such companies as Ford Motor Company, Johnson Controls Inc., and Trico Industries. Richard holds a BA degree and an AASEE degree. Richard joined Jackson State in 1995 and with his many years of engineering experience has been instrumental in developing the EET program.
