Jackson State falls in 1st TCCAA conference game
November 7, 2014
The Generals had five players score in double digits but it wasn't enough to knock off the Motlow State Bucks on their home court Friday night. The Generals fell 104-95. Jackson State was led by Braxton Gillespie and Delaryn Dodd who scored 22 and 15 points respectively. Dodd also added a team high 10 rebounds. Jackson State moves to 2-1 on the season and 0-1 in conference play. Jackson takes the court tomorrow afternoon at 4pm at Volunteer State. The Generals return home next week for their home opener, Friday, Nov. 14th  vs. Cleveland State at 7pm.

Generals sweep Mid-South Classic
November 2, 2014
The Jackson State men's basketball team started the season perfect, winning both games in the Mid-South Classic in West Memphis, AR. The Generals defeated North Arkansas on Friday, 117-74 and host Mid-South 87-70, Saturday afternoon. The Generals return to action Friday, Nov. 7th against Motlow State in Lynchburg, TN.

Generals open 2014-15 campaign at Mid-South Classic

The Jackson State Men's Basketball program will open their 2014-2015 season on the road in West Memphis, AR. The Generals will face North Arkansas, Friday, October 31st at 4pm. Jackson State will take on host Mid-South CC, Saturday before heading back to Jackson.

The Generals are looking to improve upon a 12-11 season under Coach Deron Hines. Hines is in his 16th season as the head coach at Jackson State.
