Program Outcomes

  1. The Program’s three (3) year mean for the licensure exam pass rate will be at or above the national mean for the same three (3) year period.
  2. Aggregate graduate success rate on the licensure exam will be equal to or exceed the national mean as measured by annual graduate licensure exam rate as reported by the National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN). 
  3. Program completion rates will meet or exceed that of other associate degree nursing programs for completion within 150% of the stated program length as reported in the ACEN Report to Constituents. This is measured by calculating the number of students who complete the program within a maximum of eight semesters for students enrolled in the traditional program option and five semesters for students enrolled in the LPN-to-RN Career Mobility Option.
  4. Ninety percent (90%) of program graduates will report satisfaction with their preparation to fulfill role-specific graduate competencies, as reported by Graduate Survey 6 – 12 months following graduation
  5. Ninety percent (90%) of employers of program graduates will report satisfaction with the graduate’s preparation to fulfill role-specific competencies, as reported by Employer Survey 6 – 12 months following graduation
  6. Ninety percent (90%) or more of program graduates are employed as a RN 6 – 12 months following graduation, as reported by graduate reports of employment.
