Purchasing

Vendors who wish to do business with Jackson State Community College or affiliated Tennessee Technology Centers MUST complete and the online vendor application and a Substitute W-9 form.

The Jackson State Purchasing Department provides services that include assisting faculty and administrative staff with purchasing information, providing details involving the purchase of supplies and equipment.

We provide JSCC faculty and staff with general guidelines for making purchases and online requisitions including a requisition for purchase and a check requisition. The JSCC Purchasing Manual and links to TBR and state policies regarding purchasing are also available.

Information and resources provided for vendors include general information on how to do business with JSCC, an online vendor application, a list of bid conditions, an online substitute W-9 application, and answers to frequently asked questions.

The Jackson State Community College Purchasing Department is located on the JSCC campus in Jackson, Tennessee. The department also provides purchasing services for Tennessee Technology Centers in Jackson, McKenzie, Paris, Crump and Whiteville.
