Call to Order
Kevin called the meeting to order and passed out the agendas at 2:00.

Reading of the Minutes
Bill read the minutes from the previous meeting. Nicole made a motion to accept the minutes as read, Beth seconded the motion, and all were in favor so the motion carried.

Old Business
Kevin thanked everyone for their help during the Alcohol Awareness Activity; lots of students were involved when you take the weather into consideration.

He also thanked everyone that was involved in the Dancing with the Professors event. We all had a lot of fun while we were there and the event raised over $700.00 in cash and over 300 bears for the Methbusters Buddy Bear Program; a very worthy cause.

Announcements
The Awards Ceremony is tonight at 6:30 in the Ayers Auditorium. Everyone that is presently an officer in the SGA will be receiving an award so we all need to be there.
Innovations will be performing four songs so it should be a lot of fun.

April 25th will be the last baseball game. The game will begin at 2:00pm and we will be playing against Southwest Community College.

Nicole and Bill are thinking about doing the concessions during the game to raise money for the Student Disaster Relief Fund. This fund will be for future disaster relief and kept in a special SGA account in the Business Office.

All SGA points sheets must be turned in to Lisa's office no later than Friday, April 25th so that the totals can be calculated and awards can be distributed in a timely manner.

Keys
Steve announced that keys to the SGA Office should be turned in by officers, which were not returning as officers next semester, as soon as they have completed their obligations to office hours.

Adjournment
Kevin called for the meeting to adjourn at 2:30 and the last meeting of the semester was adjourned.

Comments from the soon to be former Secretary
These comments were not a part of the meeting, but I would just like to say that I thank everyone for the opportunity that I was given to serve the SGA as Secretary and that I will surely miss everyone that is not going to return in the Fall. Again, thank you.

Bill Mathews
