Response to Proposals
Mr. Finney informed us that a new parking policy is to be in place for the next academic year that limits employee parking to one specified parking lot. There will not be any named spaces other than the few executive parking spaces, President, etc...

There was some discussion on whether the baby changing tables should also br installed in the men's restrooms as well as the women's.

Mr. Finney said that we should invite Ms Nickell to our next meeting so that she could better inform us on J-Web.

Mr. Finney said that he had sent the electronic sign proposal to Dr. Blanding.

Caricature Artist
The caricature artist (Tracey Latham) will be in the student union building Friday, March 14th and will be free to all students and staff.

Easter Egg Hunt
Saturday, March 15th will be the day of our annual Easter egg hunt. Volunteers will be needed to help with this event. As many SGA officers as possible should meet in Steve Cornelison's office Thursday at 11:00am to discuss our plans for the event.

Fund Raiser for Lisa Kincaid
Mr. Finney mentioned the fact that Lisa has been out of work for a couple weeks and will probably not return for at least one more. He suggested that we have a fund raiser to help her out a little. We thought that this would be a very good idea and will get something together ASAP.

SGA Elections
We discussed the upcoming SGA elections and were happy to announce that we have had some students interested in running for office.

Campus Beat Day
Volunteers are needed for campus work. If anyone is interested they should contact Preston with the grounds crew on the 1st or 2nd of May to sign up.

Going Green
PTK has offered to help all clubs and organizations with their recycling. Recycling bins will be placed all around campus, please use them and help us with this effort. This will help to raise money for our clubs as well as helping to do our part in reducing recyclable materials in our landfills.

Disaster Relief
Bill announced that SGA's efforts to raise money for the three students that lost their homes in the February 5th tornados have been a success. We actually raised $660.00.

Motions
Bill made a motion to take the $660.00 raised by SGA for the student disaster relief and purchase three $220.00 Wal-Mart gift cards and present them to the three students.

Joey seconded the motion.

The vote was called for and the motion passed unanimously.

Mr. Finney asked Bill to go with him to the business office and make a check request to Wal-Mart for the cards, Bill agreed.

Adjournment
Kevin called for the meeting to adjourn and we adjourned at 2:34pm.
