Vendor Applications
Vendors who wish to do business with Jackson State Community College and affiliated
Tennessee Technology Centers in Jackson, McKenzie, Paris, Crump and Whiteville and
be placed on the bid list must complete and submit the vendor application. The form is electronically submitted to the JSCC Purchasing Department.
Substitute W-9 Forms
Vendors who wish to do business with Jackson State Community College and affiliated
Tennessee Technology Centers in Jackson, McKenzie, Paris, Crump and Whiteville must
complete and sign a Substitute W-9 Taxpayer Identification Form and submit it to:

Open Bids
Bidders may view open bids which are posted at the JSCC Purchasing Department office
at 2046 North Parkway. The office is open Monday through Friday 8:00-4:30 except for
holidays. All bidders must review and comply to Jackson State's Bid and Purchasing Conditions.
