Contact Center Nurse

Duties

  • Responsible for the triage of incoming patient care phone calls to include, but not limited to refills, precertification/prior approvals and healthcare questions 

Qualifications

  • Must have excellent communication and computer skills
  • Previous experience with electronic medical records and telephone triage process is preferred
  • MA with minimum of 5 years experience or LPN with minimum of 2 years experience and license to practice in the State of TN and preferably in a clinic setting
  • BLS required

Hours: Full-time - Monday - Friday - 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
