Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare, submit, and present site plan development documents as needed to governing agencies
Meet all submittal deadlines
Create, cultivate and maintain relationships with employees, clients, governing officials, and outside consultants
Required Skills and Abilities:
Must have an E.I. Certificate
Must be licensed in TN, AR, AL and MS, or can become licensed within two years
Must possess a Level II EPSC Certificate from TN, or cam obtain within two years
Working knowledge of Engineering Joint Council Documents, AIA Documents, and HUD Documents
AutoCad Civil 3D
Auto Turn
Storm CADD or equivalent
M Color
Qualifications
Experience and Education:
B.A. Civil Engineering
3-5 years progressive design experience in the following areas:
Land Planning
Subdivision Design
Stormwater Detention Design
Commercial Site Plan Design
Waste Water Collection System Design
Traffic Control Design
Erosion Control Design
Construction Administration, Cost Estimating, and Submittal Review
Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan Design
Grant Writing
Proposals for Architectural and Engineering Science
Physical Requirements:
Talking, hearing and using hands to operate computer equipment
Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus
Job may require extended sitting or standing, use of standard office equipment
