Duties
Assist provider in office and provide patient care
Qualifications
Must be LPN licensed to practice in the State of TN or graduate of a Medical Assistant program with MA certification preferred
BLS required
Must have a valid TN driver's license and reliable transportation

Applications may be picked up at: 828 North Parkway, Jackson, TN 38305 Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. We ask that you wear a mask when entering the building. Upon entering the lobby, please use the lobby phone to call the Human Resources Department to receive/return you application. Applications can be completed off site and returned to our 828 North Parkway location.
Hours: 8, 10, and 12 Hour Shifts - Works Every Other Weekend
