Duties
Assists provider in both the office and GI Suite providing patient care
Qualifications
BLS required
LPN licensed to practice in the State of Tennessee
Must be able to obtain credentialing at area hospital
Must have a valid TN driver's license and reliable transportation

Applications may be pick up at: 828 North Parkway, Jackson, TN 38305 - Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. We ask that you wear a mask when entering the building. Upon entering the building, please use the lobby phone to call the Human Resource Dept. to receive/return you application. Applications can be completed off site and returned to our 828 North Parkway location.
Hours: 4 Days a Week/10 hour days - Days off varies dependent on provider's schedule - Weekend call every 6 to 8 weeks
