Teller

Duties

Provide excellent customer service.  ï‚· Embody Centennial Bank’s Core Values.  ï‚· Have friendly and helpful attitude and the ability to interact positively with customers and co‐workers.  ï‚· Work well with others in a team environment.  ï‚· Exhibit attention to detail, learn and apply policies and procedures, and perform basic mathematical  tasks.  ï‚· Stay current on regulatory changes.  ï‚· Operate computer and applicable computer programs efficiently.  ï‚· Greet customers, answer phone, and assess customer needs.  ï‚· Perform all teller duties including, but not limited to, duties listed on the rotating teller checklists.  ï‚· Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other cash/check transactions accurately.  ï‚· Explain, promote, and sell products or services such as deposit accounts, cashier’s checks, etc.  ï‚· Balance teller drawer accurately.  ï‚· Balance vault and ATM accurately – rotating duty with other tellers.  ï‚· Assist customers with safe deposit box entry.  ï‚· Open new accounts as needed.  ï‚· Order checks as needed.  ï‚· Order debit cards as needed.  Perform appropriate maintenance for debit cards – delete cards, hot cards,  change addresses, etc.  ï‚· Assist customers with account maintenance items – i.e. stop payments, Shazam disputes, unauthorized  debits, etc.  ï‚· Regular and punctual attendance as well as accurate work are among essential job functions for an  employee at Centennial Bank.
