Duties
Provide excellent customer service. ï‚· Embody Centennial Bank’s Core Values. ï‚· Have friendly and helpful attitude and the ability to interact positively with customers and co-workers. ï‚· Work well with others in a team environment. ï‚· Exhibit attention to detail, learn and apply policies and procedures, and perform basic mathematical tasks. ï‚· Explain, promote, and sell products or services. ï‚· Operate computer and applicable computer programs efficiently. ï‚· Assist with answering the phone and other general branch duties as needed. ï‚· Take loan applications. ï‚· Open new accounts as related to loan collateral and construction lending. ï‚· Facilitate the loan process between lender and processing. ï‚· Work with customers to obtain items needed to close the loan. ï‚· Ensure loan file is complete prior to loan closing. ï‚· Ensure signatures are accurate following loan closing. ï‚· Close loans as necessary. ï‚· Work loan exceptions and maturity forecast report. ï‚· Check booked loans for accuracy in Precision for all loan officers. ï‚· Complete maintenance changes for loans – errors, changes, etc. ï‚· Make tickets & fax loans to Loan Operations as needed for all loan officers. ï‚· Assist all loan officers as needed with loan portfolios. ï‚· Scan and file all loan documents in a timely manner, if applicable (branch specific). ï‚· Record lien documents and releases as directed, if applicable (branch specific). ï‚· Process closed loans, if applicable (branch specific). ï‚· Reconcile loan product checking accounts as assigned (branch specific). ï‚· Primary Evans Simpson contact (branch specific). ï‚· Make necessary changes to escrow information for insurance and taxes (branch specific). ï‚· Backfill teller row as needed. ï‚· Backfill new deposit account opening as needed. ï‚· Answer customer questions. ï‚· Regular attendance as well as accurate work are among essential job functions for an employee at Centennial Bank.
