The Radiography Program has specific admission requirements because of limited maximum enrollment determined by accreditation regulations including, but not limited to, clinical supervision. Applications are accepted only once per year and are only considered for one year.
There are no waiting lists for applicants. Newly admitted Radiography students begin the program during the fall term following the June 1st application period. The program length is six, consecutive semesters (24 months), including summer terms. Due to the sequencing of professional courses, applicants having completed many of the general education classes (examples: English Composition I and/or General Psychology) still require the 24-month time frame in order to complete the program.
Admission to the Radiography program is a highly competitive process. On average, approximately 120 applications are received each year with a maximum number of 31 students being eligible for enrollment. Due to the high demand, the application deadline is typically not extended past June 1st.
