Instructor teaching Spanish

The Foreign Languages emphasis allows students to complete their first two years of foreign language study in preparation for a bachelor's degree. Students learn both speaking and writing skills through significant classroom Interaction with their professors and classmates. Students are also able to hone their speaking skills through communication with native speakers in the first two semesters of study. Students with significant prior foreign language experience are invited to contact foreign language faculty for proper placement.
