Jackson State Community College (JSCC) will host an informational session to introduce the Fast Track Program to the community on May 1, 2012, at 6 p.m. at JSCCs Main Campus, located at 2046 N. Parkway, Jackson, Tenn., 38301 in the McWherter Centers Kisber Conference Room 226.
Fast Track is an accelerated degree program that can be completed in as few as 19 months with cohort students that travel through the program together meeting for class one night each week.
Two cohorts will begin on August 23, 2012, and will offer classes to earn an Associate of Applied Science in Business Studies and an Associate of Science in Teaching.
These programs will allow people to keep up with work and the demands of life while you finish your education, said Countance Anderson, Fast Track Program Coordinator at JSCC.
The entire community is invited to attend this informational event to join JSCC faculty and staff as they discuss course requirements, keys to success, career opportunities and other helpful information.
