Jackson State Community College is inviting all alumni to attend the homecoming at the basketball game between the JSCC Generals and the Southwest Tennessee Community College Saluqis on Saturday, February 6 beginning at 2 p.m. The event is sponsored by the JSCC Alumni Association Board.
All alumni are encouraged to come to the homecoming games to reconnect with classmates, faculty and staff. Admission for alumni is free for those who register at the table in the lobby. Registered alumni will be recognized at halftime, have access to the hospitality room and be entered to win gifts.
Employees and students also will receive free admission to the game with JSCC identification. Tickets are sold at the door to guests for $4.00.
Refreshments such as hotdogs, popcorn, candy, bottled water and soft drinks will be sold to benefit the JSCC Alumni Board operating fund.
The Lady Generals will begin play at 2 p.m. and the Generals game will begin at approximately 4 p.m. This is the first homecoming for Jackson State in several years and the Alumni Board hopes to make it an annual tradition.
