Each year Tennessee Higher Education Commission (THEC) has the great honor of administering the Outstanding Community Service Awards to ten individuals who most embody the legacy of the late Representative Harold Love Sr., as nominated by their institution, peers, and community. This year our very own Tony Rafalowski, Associate Professor of English, is one of the recipients for his work with the Red Cross and serving as a Shelter Coordinator of the local Disaster Assistance Team!
