Jackson, Tenn. -- Jackson State Community College will hold its 39th commencement exercises at 2 p.m. on Saturday, May 5 at Oman Arena in Jackson. The guest speaker is Dr. Nancy Zambito, superintendent of Jackson-Madison County Schools.
Graduates will have a mandatory rehearsal at 9 a.m. at the arena. The graduate lineup prior to the ceremony will begin at 1:20 p.m.
Other graduation activities include the Nursing Department's pinning ceremony on Friday, May 4 at 2 p.m. in the JSCC gymnasium. The Physical Therapist Assistant Program also will recognize its graduates at a ceremony at 6:30 p.m. the same night in Ayers Auditorium.
