Lexington, Tenn. -- The Jackson State Community College Lexington Center will hold a college information session at 6 p.m. on Aug. 6 at the center on 932 East Church Street in Lexington.
Campus staff will be on hand to talk with guests about college life, admissions, financial aid, online classes, juggling work and school and many other subjects.
This come-and-go style event is free to the public and will allow for a personal one-on-one atmosphere for answering questions and providing information about college life at Jackson State.
Representatives from Jackson State will be available during the event to answer questions regarding admissions, financial aid, fees and expenses, lottery scholarships, majors, student activities, parking decals, student I.D. cards, logins, classrooms and more. While on campus, participants will have the opportunity to pick up literature about the college including admissions applications, scholarship applications, class schedules, academic catalog and student handbooks and brochures.
