Quest Orientation

QUEST is a unique online orientation for incoming first-time freshmen at JSCC who identify as African American males. This year JSCC will also offer the same opportunity for African American women through an orientation called JOURNEY. QUEST and JOURNEY participants will experience workshops that will provide support for 8 weeks during the Fall 2020 semester. Workshop topics include college success, accessing online class resources, study tips, and more! The purpose of both of these unique orientations is to help students prepare for success in college and beyond.

QUEST and JOURNEY have a selective application process for approximately 25 students each. Participants who meet the attendance requirement for QUEST and JOURNEY will receive a $300 stipend.
