Yoga has been practiced for more than 5,000 years and millions of people have enjoyed the health benefits of practicing yoga. This class is geared toward people suffering from arthritic conditions, but anyone can attend. Yoga has been proven to improve your flexibility, strength, posture, breathing, stress level, and lower your blood pressure, while helping prevent heart disease, and improving mood and concentration. This is a drop-in class: $5 fee per session is payable at the door or online, or pay in advance and get all 11 class sessions for $45!
