Your username will be your JSCC email address.

Your initial password is Year#Jackson#JJJJ

• Year = Your 4-digit birth year followed by a hashtag (pound) sign

• Jackson = the text Jackson followed by a hashtag (pound) sign

• JJJJ = The last 4 digits of your J number

• Example: for a person born in 1999 with a J number ending in 3452:
1999#Jackson#3452

- The new password must be at least 16 characters with a combination of uppercase, lowercase, numbers or special characters (CANNOT contain your name)

- Recommended password is a passphrase or sentence (Ex: Welcome.to.Jacks0n.State)
