Sexual Misconduct

Jackson State Community College is committed to providing every student, employee and visitor with an environment that is safe, secure, and free of threats and violence. The college follows its own policies, as well as those established by the Tennessee Board of Regents, and local, state and federal laws. To protect the safety of the college community, the college employs its own police force.

Sexual Misconduct Policies

Jackson State Community College is governed by the policies of the Tennessee Board of Regents (TBR). See TBR's Sexual Misconduct Policy.

Jackson State has its own Sexual Misconduct Policy and its policy on Sexual Discrimination, Sexual Harassment or Sexual Misconduct. They are intended to help us prevent and/or address sexual misconduct such as rape, dating violence, domestic violence and stalking - both on and off campus.
