Jackson State Night at Pringles Park Set for April 14

Pringles Park will host Jackson State Community College night on Thursday, April 14. The college invites all students, faculty, staff, and alumni to come out and show support for the college.

Jackson State's Innovation ensemble will perform on the lower concourse at 6:15 p.m. A representative from the staff and the students will each throw out a first pitch. A Jackson State student will sing the national anthem to kick off the game.

Several Jackson State departments and student clubs will have tables on the concourse to meet guests and hand out information. Miss Jackson State will sign autographs and be available for pictures. There will be special recognition of Jackson State students, faculty, staff, and alumni throughout the game.

Regular ticket prices apply and can be purchased at the Pringles Park box office or by calling 731-988-5299. The park will sell hot dogs and beverages for $1.00 that night.

The Jackson Generals, AA-affiliate with the Seattle Mariners, will play the Jacksonville Suns beginning at 7:05 p.m.
