Duties
- responsible for triage of incoming patient care phone calls to include, but not limited to refills, pre-certifications/prior approvals & healthcare questions
Qualifications
- must have excellent communication & computer skills
- previous experience with electronic medical records & telephone triage process preferred
- MA with minimum 5 years experience or LPN with minimum 2 years experience & licensed to practice in State of Tennessee & preferably in clinic setting
- BLS required
