Duties
Summary:

Duties/Responsibilities:
Prepare civil construction documents for a wide variety of projects in multiple states
Prepare site layout designs, plan and profile sheets, grading and drainage plans, erosion control plans, sewer plans, water plans, traffic control plans and landscaping plans
Prepare site plan applications, zoning applications, and storm water pollution prevention plan applications
Manage deadlines for submittal of all applications
Prepare construction take offs from drawings and use the quantities along with unit prices to develop an estimate cost of construction
Qualifications
Able to perform basic storm water runoff calculations
Visualize topographic drawings
Perform basic gravity pipe calculations
Familiar with Americans with Disabilities Act

Auto Turn
M Color
Experience and Education:
Some related college experience preferred
3-5 years progressive design experience in the following areas:
Land Development
Commercial Site Plans
Residential Subdivision Design
Color Renderings
Physical Requirements:
Talking, hearing and using hands to operate computer equipment
Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus
Job may require extended sitting or standing, use of standard office equipment
