Duties
Assist provider in office and provide patient care
Qualifications
If LPN, must be LPN licensed to practice in the State of Tennessee
If Medical Assistant, certfication is preferred
BLS required
Must have valid TN driver's license and reliable transportation
How to Apply
Applications may be picked up at: 828 North Parkway, Jackson, TN 38305, Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. We ask that you wear a mask when entering the building. Upon entering the front lobby, please use the lobby phone to call the Human Resource Department to receive/return your application. Applications can be completed off site and returned to our 828 North Parkway location.
Hours: Monday - Friday - 8:00 am to 5:00 pm - Days and times assigned up to 29 hours/week
