Must have excellent customer service skills in order to greet and register patients
Verify demographics and insurance
Build insurance into system
Schedule appointments
Collect payments
Balance cash drawer
Answer phone
Qualifications
Must have excellent customer service skills and maintain strict confidentiality
Ability to make decisions and act independently
Previous cashier/receptionist experience preferred
High school diploma or GED
Must have a valid Tennessee driver's license and reliable transportation

Applications may be pick up at: 828 North Parkway, Jackson, TN 38305 - Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. We ask that you wear a mask when entering the building. Upon entering the building, please use the lobby phone to call the Human Resource Dept. to receive/return you application. Applications can be completed off site and returned to our 828 North Parkway location.
