Duties
General maintenance responsibilities for all clinic facilities. Areas of responsibility include electrical, plumbing, general repair, carpentry, HVAC and troubleshooting.
Qualifications
Must be detail oriented, communicate well and display trustworthiness; five years experience preferred in general maintenance to include at least two of the following: electrical, plumbing, general repair, carpentry or HVAC. Must have valid TN driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation
Hours: Mon-Fri 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; occasionally on call 24 hours a day
