Application Requirements
- Completion of at least the first semester of nursing courses.
- Unmeet financial need
- Demonstrate course, integrity, and perseverance in the face of adversity.
- Compassionate, caring, and committed to excellence, both in theory and clinical practice.
- Leads and encourages classmates.
Scholarship Amount
- Four awards are given each year: Two students in the December class and two students in the May class.
- The amount of each award is $1,000 per student.
- Contingent of available funding
Selection Process
- Applications are considered by the Nursing Department.
- The Dean of Nursing will make the final decision & notify the recipient (s).
